Ubika Nextipark is an industrial and logistics development by KIVA Inversión Inmobiliaria, strategically located in the northern corridor of Zapopan, one of the most dynamic and high-demand areas in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area. With an investment of 4.45 billion pesos, the project aims to generate approximately 5,000 direct and 10,000 indirect jobs.

Spanning 43 hectares, Nextipark offers a variety of lot options, including three large lots, 21 in the Elite Zone, 10 in the Plus Zone, and 63 in the Boutique Zone.
